This is a great acoustic tune by the singer-songwriter duo of Gillian Welch and David Rawlings.
David is a longtime musical partner of Gillian Welch who recently released is fist solo album under the name Dave Rawlings Machine. He’s also a successful producer who’s produced the likes of Old Crow Medicine Show, Bright Eyes, and Ryan Adams.
Gillian is a singer-songwriter whose musical style merges elements of Americana, bluegrass, country, and folk into a rustic style that she dubs “American Primitive”. Her recordings feature exceptional guitar work of her musical partner, David Rawlings and warm harmonies.
